Yes, good point. I think we always have two choices. We have two natures. We can devolve into a cannibalistic free-for-all, or we can help each other. Yesterday I was reading about the Thanksgiving turkey shortage. My nature is to say "screw it, I don't need a turkey. I've basically given up meat anyway." Then I read about a dude carting off five frozen turkeys from the store. That's our two natures in action. For what it's worth, I think I'm happier with my zero turkeys than that jerk who took five of them.
