Yeah, this is NOT how to win back someone who feels betrayed by the party they once supported. Nobody is going to care about having religious tyranny imposed on them if they're dead or permanently disabled by Covid, and rendered homeless. Stop beating up on the vulnerable people in your party and start speaking up to the establishment instead of making excuses for them.
