What you don't recognize or won't admit is that the WHO and CDC have, for going on three years now, made decisions increasingly from a political rather than scientific or medical standpoint. They're actually resisting the use of appropriate terminology and declining to give appropriate health guidance due to political pressure. So if anyone's not using categorizations the way they should be, it's them. I'm far from the only critic to make this point.
