It was late at night, almost three years ago.
I was picking up some groceries, when the sushi caught my eye. I hadn’t had dinner yet, and it looked so tempting. There was so much left, and the deli was closing. I knew they were going to throw it all away, but I also knew the packaging wasn’t recyclable.
