That's sad. I get irritated at people who let their big dogs out without leashes (I've been attacked more than once). That said, why lose your mind over a little/old dog that clearly poses no threat? That's Republicans in a nutshell. They'll let their dobermans roam around the neighborhood, and then scream at you for walking a pup without a leash...
