Thank you, I appreciate the apology and the reflection. I think it's important to say that, yes, several dudes called me names. For a while, I was coming across an article almost every day about how much someone hated me, or how dumb I was. They violated Medium's policies, but somehow they were still getting curated and recommended to me. I've also had dudes, and sometimes anti-feminist women, record entire podcasts devoted to tearing down my work. So have other women writers who get any attention or recognition.
