Not at all! Over the last few years, I’ve heard and read so many stories of financial abuse where one partner lives off the other, if not feeding off their attention or care, then their money. There’s always exceptions, but there’s nothing wrong with want someone who can contribute — it’s not the same as wanting a sugar daddy, not at all.
