My thoughts exactly. Teachers aren’t paid fairly at all. Some make $100K, but those are the absolute top people in my field. Even if you publish ten books and a hundred articles, you won’t get paid one cent more unless you find a job at an elite school. Just another layer to the pyramid scheme.
