I’ve definitely felt a strong inclination for my own company these days. :) Interacting with students and colleagues is enough for me, and I don’t miss the social life I had in my 20s. Society has always kind of frowned on people who enjoy solitude, hasn’t it? You have to justify it somehow by producing art or poetry — only then are you permitted to be a hermit.
