I've been thinking more about context over the last day. Some pieces have pointed out that Medium benefited from a big surge in internet traffic 2020-2021 due to the pandemic. Now we're sinking back down to 2018/2019 levels, which means people aren't going to get as many views or rewards as they were getting used to. I'm working on a way to keep publishing here but not be so invested.
