It takes a long time! I blogged for a year before joining Medium. It took me that long to figure out how to write for the web. Blogging every week, tweeting. The good thing: you can revisit topics and experiences. I don’t “republish” old content. But every few months I take the idea of an old blog post that didn’t do as well and write it again from scratch. Your writing has a lot of substance. I think things will eventually work out for you.
