It seems like the key thing is that, yeah, if *everyone* followed this advice about productivity and emotional intelligence, growth mindsets, etc, then the world would really be a better place. But when you look at reality, we keep seeing that real wealth is accumulated more and more by lying, cheating, manipulating, and exploiting other people.
