I’m also trying to whittle down the list of people I follow. A couple of weeks ago, I realized the same thing. Too much noise. It was drowning out the people I really wanted to keep up with. Seems like 100–150 people is about the max you can follow on here, if you’re actually reading their stuff and commenting.
