I agree with you here, but I would define toxic femininity and masculinity as *including* the destructive actions, behaviors, and beliefs we take on after accepting or internalizing unhealthy gender roles and stereotypes. Some are inherent, some are socialized, and sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.
