As long as they renovate the dorms... Most students have know idea half their teachers will be underpaid grad students and adjuncts. Even tenure-track faculty at many schools are seeing the course loads and class sizes creep up, with no change in research expectations. Only the very top schools are trying to be fair. Administrators even promote the idea that we should teach for the love of it, not the money.
