100 percent. My my loudest most annoying neighbor of all time was a white dude who got drunk and sang in the stairwell at 1 am every weekend. I couldn't stand him. And then there's the white people whose dogs cry and wail all day while they're gone at work. They were the first ones to complain about other people's noise.
